Requirements for reports
The working languages of the conference are Ukrainian and English.
The editorial board accepts articles in Ukrainian and English that have not been previously published in print or electronic editions.
The collection of scientific papers is a peer-reviewed publication that supports the policy of open access to scientific publications. Articles undergo a bilateral blind review procedure.
The editorial board accepts articles in Ukrainian and English with a minimum of 2 A4 pages. The pages are fully filled with text. Diagrams, figures, tables, and formulas should be numbered and placed in the text after the references to them. It is unacceptable to use formatting elements such as “section breaks from a new page” and footers. The article must be carefully checked by the authors and meet all the requirements for formatting !!!!
The article should be typed in Microsoft Word (version 2007 and higher) and saved with the extension *.doc or *.docx. Be sure to send an article saved in *.pdf format!!!
The authors are responsible for the content, formatting, and references to literary sources.
It is recommended to include no more than 5 authors in one publication. Files should be named according to the last name of the first author, for example, “Petrenko”. Multiple articles in one file are not accepted.
To the supervisors of student papers: please review all student papers carefully and check for plagiarism before sending them to the Organizing Committee's email address!!!
Requirements for the report: the duration of the report should not exceed 10 minutes. The presentation should be focused on presenting the author's original research results without redundant presentation of well-known facts. Slides should be prepared in the form of an electronic presentation using specialized software, adhering to a clear structure and compliance with the established requirements for the design of conference materials. Requirements for slides: The presentation should contain no more than 15 slides on a white background with mandatory page numbering. The content of the slides should fully correspond to the topic of the report and the submitted article. Please note that the articles of participants who did not present the results of their research during the conference sections will not be included in the conference proceedings.The report, slides, and article must be carefully checked by the supervisor!
STRUCTURE OF THE MAIN TEXT OF THE ARTICLE
Introduction: Formulation of the problem in general, connection with important scientific or practical tasks, analysis of recent research and publications, highlighting previously unresolved parts of the general problem.
Goals and objectives: formulation of the goals of the article, setting the research task.
Material and research results: Presentation of the main research material, justification of the scientific results obtained, possible division into parts with appropriate titles.
Conclusions: The main conclusions from this study, prospects for further development in this area.
IMPORTANT NOTES: The material should be presented concisely, without repetition of tables and figures in the text. Articles that do not meet the requirements for electronic printing are not accepted for consideration.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF MATERIALS
Language. Articles are accepted for publication in two languages: Ukrainian and English.
Page parameters:
Margins: left, top, bottom - 2.5 cm, right - 1.5 cm.
The font of the main text is Times New Roman, size 14, line spacing 1.
Structure of the article:
- UDC number (in the upper left corner of the page, bold, size 12) in (Zh) font;
- information about the authors (for example: I.I. Petrenko (Ukrainian), I. Petrenko (English)) and information about the authors (academic degree, academic title) in 12-point font;)
- full name of the organization (educational institution, institution) and country - alignment to the right, point 12;
- title of the article: should be brief and correspond to the topic of the section - in large bold letters, size 14, centered.
The article should have the following content elements: annotations in Ukrainian and English (at least 300 characters) with a list of keywords in both languages; introduction; purpose and objectives; material and research results; conclusions; list of references, etc.
The main text of the article:
- Main text font: Times New Roman, size 14, line spacing 1.
- Alignment of the main text: by width.
- First lines of all paragraphs: indented 1.5 cm!!!
- The headings of the main text elements: (Introduction, Aims and Objectives, etc.) are highlighted in bold (G).
- Figures and tables should not exceed the specified margins, should be placed directly in the text before the references to them, and should be numbered. Formulas: are executed in the built-in editor of a text program.
- Figures: any illustration should be a single continuous graphic object. The figure should be centered, without being surrounded by text. Figure captions should include numbering in the order of placement in the text and an explanatory caption in 12-point font (e.g., Figure 1 - ...). It is unacceptable to include captions to the figure itself. The figure should not occupy the entire area of the sheet!!!
- Graphs: must contain labels for all axes in the figure itself in 10-point font. Any other type of caption will not be considered and corrected!
- Tables: Use 10/12 point font and an explanatory caption in 12 point font (e.g. Table 1 - ...). Each table should have a serial number and title and be placed after the reference to it in the text of the article.
- Formulas: use the built-in formula editor. Number formulas referenced in the text in brackets on the right.
- Conclusions: space 14 (present the main conclusions from the study and prospects for its further development in this direction).
- References: box 14 (References) is given in the order of references in the text, in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 (Ukrainian) and IEEE (English). References to literary sources in the text are given in square brackets. The list of references should be given twice: in the original language in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 (Ukr, Rus) and in English, in accordance with the requirements of IEEE style.
Materials that do not meet the requirements will not be considered.
Conference materials are accepted in the author's version in the original language. The authors are responsible for factual errors, reliability and accuracy of information, authenticity of citations, plagiarism, correctness of facts and references.The editorial board may not share the point of view of the authors.
